Maritime Museum- Reykjavik's Cultural Night

Schedule:

1pm - 10 pm – Welcome aboard!  Former skippers from the Costal Guard Vessel Odinn welcome gests abourd the ship and tell tales of their time at sea.  Check out the cabins, the dining hall and the engine room.  Welcome!

2pm - 5pm - Carft workshop for children.  Come and visit us and make a beautiful Koi fish or a scary pirate ship. 

3pm - Net making demostrations.  Experienced nat makers demonstrate net making and gests can have a go.   

4pm – The fun and umorous Gestur Gunnarsson reads from his book; Mis sannar sögur af sjó og landi.  

8pm - 10pm - Come and dance with us at our pier!  Komið og dansið (come and dance) is a fun club who gets together to dance.  Line dancing, Swing, Rock and Roll, Ball dancing etc.  Come and join in!

9pm – The fun and humorous Gestur Gunnarsson reads from his book; Mis sannar sögur af sjó og landi.
